How the process works...  In just three easy steps... 
Never use a home cleaning service before? 

Don’t be intimidated, we make hiring Dane Cleaning an extremely pleasant experience. Simply contact us to get pricing on home cleaning tailored to meet your specific needs and budget. Estimates are free and there’s never an obligation.

Step One:  We get the detailed information from you including, name, phone number, email address, and street address. This is so we can contact you if we have require further information or have questions. All information is confidential.  

Step Two:  We walk you through the cleaning process and learn about the details of your home and what areas you want us to clean.
          •What is the square footage of the home? 
          •What is the number of rooms you want to have cleaned?  (Example. bedrooms, bathrooms, family room, office, dining room, great room, porch, 
            finished basement, or etcera.)  If, there are rooms you do not want cleaned just let us know.  
          •What types of flooring do you have in your home (Example. Hardwood, tile, carpet, or laminate) 
          •What special surfaces do you have? (Example. granite, marble or travertine). 
          •How many people live there?
          •Are pets present? 

​Step Three: Once we understand your home and needs.

          •Provide you with your home cleaning price. 
          •Provide detailed expectations you should have of the Dane cleaning staff.
          •Schedule your first clean for a day and time that is convenient for you. 

​The first clean is typically priced a bit higher.  The reason is the staff will be in the home longer to assure ongoing service is efficient.  We focus on tackling potentially tough buildup like soap scum in the bathroom and grease in the kitchen. Along with normal cleaning tasks, during the first clean we’ll be taking extra care to hand-wipe ledges, baseboards and window sills, as well as cleaning the exterior of appliances, dusting ceiling fan blades (that we can reach) and wiping the exterior of cabinets, vanities, and drawers.  

We ask you to be present when we arrive for the first clean and after that if you don’t plan to be home, just let us know how to access your home. Don’t forget to give us any alarm codes and alert us to any needs concerning your pets. 

Then you can sit back and relax! We ask that a general picking up will allow our teams to be more efficient while they are there. The team will neatly place items that are on the floor on to a higher surface (Example. clothes on floor will be placed on bed). No matter if you need us once for a deep clean or for ongoing we are ready.
